I love doing crafts with my kids. We have a whole corner of our kitchen that is a dedicated craft area with a craft table (that is covered in paint splatters) and shelves for their supplies and all their creations hanging on the walls. I love seeing them get creative and expressive. And I love displaying their creations.
For this one we took legos (duplo are what we have), and turned them into stamps. You just put some paper on top of some felt fabric and press your legos onto your ink pad and then use them like a stamp. The felt fabric makes it so the shape of the lego is seen better on the paper when you press it down. You can make all sorts of different shapes with the different sizes, designs, and shapes of the legos. And then color it in! And the legos wash up easily.
